About Us

Spark of Opportunity International is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of youth and their families in the largest slum of East Africa.

The lack of food, running water, and dependable electricity makes surviving in the slums of Kibera, Kenya something that most of us can barely even imagine.

Spark of Opportunity International builds relationships in the slums of Kibera, Kenya through Spark Generation Football Club and promotes family development. We mentor youth through football, create employment opportunities, offer preventative and wellness care, assist youth looking for educational scholarship opportunities and provide feeling programs for the suffering. Spark of Opportunity ultimately works to meet the fundamental needs of people that they may be empowered with hope and love to move forward.
